A Feeling for Life at Orleton
A home begins to take shape long before the first key is handed over. It starts with imagining the everyday moments, the way light moves through a room, where friends might gather and the small details that make a space feel like your own.
At Orleton, in Brisbane’s West End, the sales display offers an opportunity to experience that feeling firsthand. Set within a development shaped by its connection to Davies Park and the Brisbane River, the interiors invite visitors to imagine a life surrounded by greenery, natural light and the energy of the neighbourhood.

Working alongside the Traders in Purple team, Trit House helped bring this vision into the display through a considered selection of furniture, fabrics and finishes. Each piece was chosen to complement the architecture and create interiors that feel refined, welcoming and liveable.
The Art of Contrast
Light oak floors and cabinetry provide a warm, understated foundation throughout the display. Against this lighter palette, deeper furniture tones introduce contrast and definition, bringing a sense of depth to the spaces without overwhelming them.
Rich russet upholstery, dark teak and espresso velvet create a layered interplay of colour and texture. These darker elements ground the interiors, allowing the natural character of the timber and the richness of the fabrics to take centre stage.
It is a balance that feels considered rather than overly styled, giving the spaces a distinct sense of character while allowing the architecture to remain at the forefront.
Pieces That Bring the Space to Life
In the main living area, the Slipper Sofa in Russet, designed by Cameron Foggo for Natadora, brings warmth and softness to the room. Its rich tone is complemented by the Silvio Rug in Ecru, creating a tactile foundation for the living space. Together, these pieces establish an inviting place to slow down, settle in and enjoy the comforts of home.
In the dining area, the Pi Dining Table in dark brown teak by Ethnicraft introduces a grounded, natural presence. The depth of the timber contrasts beautifully with the lighter oak surrounding it, bringing definition to the space while maintaining a connection to natural materials.
The same considered approach carries through to the breakout and meeting spaces, where the Fern Dining Chair in Espresso Velvet adds another layer of texture. Its deep finish offers a softer counterpoint to the lighter interior palette, creating spaces that feel composed and welcoming, whether for a conversation, a moment of focus or a change of pace throughout the day.
Each selection contributes to the overall feeling of the interiors, with materials and finishes working together to create a cohesive vision for the home.
More Than a Display
A sales display does more than present a collection of rooms. It gives people the opportunity to move through a space, experience how the rooms connect and appreciate the quality of the finishes and workmanship in person.

Being able to sit on a sofa, feel the upholstery and see how the furniture works alongside the surrounding materials makes the idea of a future home much more tangible.
At Orleton, the furniture helps bridge the gap between seeing a floor plan and imagining everyday life within it. It is about creating spaces that feel beautiful to experience, while remaining grounded in the way people live. Visit the Orleton sales display to experience the interiors in person, open daily from 10am to 4pm.
