Designed by Brazel & Haley Architecture for Melbourne luxury custom home builder Varcon Group, the home brings together strong architectural forms, natural materials and a warm, restrained interior palette.
Furniture selections by TPS Interiors, working with Trit House, bring each space to life through a mix of Australian craftsmanship, considered European design and pieces chosen for the way the home is intended to be lived in.
Throughout The Ora, timber, stone, steel and softened upholstery are layered with considered lighting and generous proportions, creating spaces that move naturally between gathering, retreat and everyday life. Nothing feels overly resolved or precious; instead, there is a sense of ease in how the elements sit together.
Furnishing a home of this scale asks for more than selecting pieces that work individually. Each room needs to feel connected to the next, while still having its own character. From the generous main living area through to the quieter bedroom spaces, the furniture shifts between soft upholstery, natural timber, stone and steel, creating a cohesive interior without everything feeling overly matched.
A Considered Approach To The Whole Home
Our wide selection of furniture, from considered European design to Australian-made pieces and custom options, allows a home to be furnished with a consistent design language without making every room feel the same. Here, brushed steel can sit alongside warm walnut. Sculptural marble meets soft upholstery. Timber shifts in tone and texture from one room to the next.

In the main living area, the Lilo Modular Sofa in Mocha creates a relaxed foundation, paired with Wendelbo’s Arc Coffee Tables in brushed stainless steel. The TH Brown Trend Lounge Chair and Footstool, made in Adelaide, adds another layer of Australian craftsmanship.
In the open-plan dining area, the black oval Orsen Table introduces a softer shape, complemented by Willow Dining Chairs in Mocha with walnut frames. Varying timber tones add depth while keeping the palette warm and connected
Upstairs, steel becomes more prominent. The Porter Coffee Table sits alongside the Luna Sofa in Stone and Garret Chair in Glacier, with chrome accents adding interest to complete the on-trend look.
Softer Spaces
The bedrooms take a quieter approach, with lighter tones and tactile finishes creating a sense of retreat. The Nubo Bed in Chalk anchors the main bedroom, with its distinctive ruching adding texture, while the Clara Lounge Chair with Pearl fur creates a soft sitting nook.
Elsewhere, the Nimbus Bed and Arcadia Bed in Frost continue the pared-back palette, allowing the architecture and natural light to remain the focus.
